HR professionals are increasingly investigating and resolving employee complaints involving a wide range of issues, and internal investigations are compounded by complex legal standards, scarcity of time, challenging interpersonal dynamics, social media, geopolitical complexities, digital records, and the ever-present threat of litigation.

Extensio Law will be hosting a special, interactive investigations “bootcamp,” designed for Exensio Law clients and friends, and led by Misti Mukherjee. During this day-long learning collaboration, we will cover the “nuts and bolts” of internal investigations, including proactive and practical ways that employers can design, control, and execute an investigation process that yields fair and defensible outcomes.
