For over 50 years, HR Alliance and its predecessor organizations have represented the best of HR leadership, expertise, and professional development in the Washington D.C. metro area. We enable our members to continually develop and enhance their HR careers by providing knowledge, skills, and networking opportunities, with a special focus on technology and government contracting.
Northern Virginia Family Service
NVFS’s breadth, depth and scope of services offer the resources and support to ensure that everyone in need, at every stage of life, maximizes their potential and fully contributes to a thriving community. They provide the essential building blocks for financial, emotional and physical well-being, serving as leaders and innovators for the Northern Virginia community. Every year, they empower more than 30,000 individuals to achieve self-sufficiency. With these essential resources, our community is better equipped for future success and engagement among all of our neighbors.

Democracy Forward is a national legal organization that advances democracy and social progress through litigation, policy and public education, and regulatory engagement.
FAIRFAX LAW FOUNDATION
The Fairfax Law Foundation promotes equal justice for all in Fairfax County. As the charitable arm of the Fairfax Bar Association, the Fairfax Law Foundation pursues its commitment to creating a more just society by working towards equal access to the justice system and providing law-related education opportunities throughout the Fairfax County community.
Annapolis Immigration Justice Network (AIJN)
AIJN is an all-volunteer organization with the mission of building relationships with our immigrant neighbors in the greater Annapolis area. We support neighbors in our community by connecting them to legal assistance and other resources. We act on our belief that all people have a right to thrive.
BANNEKER-DOUGLASS-TUBMAN MUSEUM
As the State of Maryland’s official museum of African American heritage, the Banneker-Douglass Museum serves to document, to interpret, and to promote African American history and culture (particularly in Maryland) through exhibitions, programs, and projects in order to improve the understanding and appreciation of America’s rich cultural diversity for all.
LUMINIS HEALTH Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation (LHAAMC)
The Medical Center Foundation provides individuals, families, businesses, foundations, community groups, and organizations the opportunity to demonstrate their appreciation for quality health care and the community. Every gift provides tools, training, and resources needed to care for all people throughout their lifetime.
World Central Kitchen
Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen (WCK) is a nonprofit organization that is first to the frontlines providing fresh meals in response to crises. Applying their model of quick action, leveraging local resources, and adapting in real time, WCK has served more than 500 million nourishing meals around the world.
When disaster strikes, WCK’s Relief Team mobilizes with the urgency of now to start cooking and serving meals to people in need. By partnering with organizations on the ground and activating a network of local restaurants, food trucks, and emergency kitchens, WCK serves comforting meals to survivors of disasters quickly and effectively. To support regional economies, WCK prioritizes purchasing local ingredients to cook with or distribute directly to families in need.
Humane Rescue Alliance
At the Humane Rescue Alliance, we honor more than 150 years of commitment to protecting animals, supporting families, and advocating for positive change to create a world where all animals can thrive. HRA serves as a national leader and local champion for all animals.
Artist Open Studios (of Maryland)
An annual self-guided tour of artist studios hosted by artists across the state of Maryland. Art is an important part of our creative and inclusive perspectives, and as a law firm we display art that is reflective of our vision and mission.
Annapolis Maritime Museum
The mission of the AMM is to educate children and adults on the area's rich maritime heritage and the ecology of the Chesapeake Bay. The Education Center provides over 15,000 hours of hands-on educational programs.
