Schroeder Stribling is an advocate for social justice and a senior nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience in the leadership of social service organizations and advocacy initiatives. She speaks and writes frequently on topics related to poverty, homelessness, and racial and economic equity.
Schroeder has a particular skill and interest in the leadership of complex and growth-oriented organizations. 20+ years of successive leadership roles in nonprofit executive management and governance roles with a focus on affordable housing, homelessness, poverty, and racial justice. Extensive work with mission and vision formulation, strategy development and execution, revenue modeling, organizational growth, outcome evaluation, and performance management. Leadership experience with annual operating and capital campaign fundraising – effective work with major donors, including the successful closure of multiple $1M gifts. Experience with creative and contemporary communications and marketing, including social and traditional media.
